9 offensive rebounds.... 14 2nd chance points
« on: February 15, 2014, 09:26:02 PM »
just in the first 20 minutes of the 2nd half

Not too mention, Baylor hit a 3 after an offensive rebound within the 1st minute of the 1st overtime

This is reason #1 why we lost.   #2 reason is a distant 2nd

Yes, rebounding was atrocious.
Luke's stock is rising as Winters continues to validate his greatness. Add Luke and Winters to my list! Also, EMAWBLAST! and Tobias!

I wouldn't even call it atrocious. It hurt not having Shane on the defensive glass. It was a horrible matchup for the Cats on the defensive glass, especially with Baylor bricking tons of 3-pointers.

But yes, Cats are pretty poor on the defensive glass. Every team has its strengths and weaknesses.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

true, it might not be atrocious, but a direct resemblance of being undersized.

Baylor got an OR on 7 poss in 2nd half (they got 3 ORs on that last poss in the 2nd half).  So on those 7 poss, they scored 14 pts.  2.00 pts ave on those 7 poss.

In the first 40 minutes, Baylor had 54 other poss. besides  the 7 I just talked about.  They got 43 pts on those 54 poss

This is what happens when you let Baylor get 9 off rebounds and you only grab 6 defensive reb in a half of BB  :'bye cruel world:
