Did you not see that? Can't remember the exact context. May have been about the KU game. But he posted a gif of a chick getting raped to describe what happened in the game. He deleted it not long after.

Smart is getting a raw deal IMO. He flew into the stands because Tech puts their mouth breathing fans too close to the floor, and shoved one. BFD.

So this is the story?

Smart has been a hot head and it's been documented numerous times.  Orr has been heckling for years, and called Smart a "piece of crap." Then Smart shoves the dude who was trying to apologize.  Both guys apologize. Orr voluntarily elects not to go to any more games this season. The Big 12 suspends Smart.

I don't any victims here. I do see a couple of guys who will hopefully learn from this experience and be better people in the future. I also think that Orr's self punishment is appropriate.  If he goes to that many games, it will be tough for him. Smart's suspension seems fine as well. Even a game or two would have been fine by me. Only thing I disagree with is OSU/ Ford not doing the suspending.

Final thought - What Orr said was stupid, and definitely doesn't fall in line with Trim's creativity protocol regarding heckling, but at least he said it to Smart's face, which is more ethical than anonymously bashing him on Twitter and the media like thousands upon thousands do every day.

The phrase race card is the most ridiculous and overused phrase in the english language. People were speculating that Orr used a racially charged word to rationalize Smart's overreaction. What the hell is "race card" about that? That phrase is used by white people who want to ignore any racial issues or conversation. The people who use the phrase race card feel they get to determine what is worthy of a further conversation. Also the same people who throw around the phrase reverse racism.

I think he did lie, and I think saying someone called you a ****** is worse than the shove. Marcus Smart is a flopping ass, which sounds quite funny.

I just saw the video that same fan was at the games talking crazy even when I was in school I don't forget a face he says a lot of crazy ish Out of his mouth when u are in the game. And he is a grown man talking to kids the way he does
