Its just benadryl. If you want it, save all the money and get the bulk generic benadryl.

Yeah. Diphenydramine.

I sometimes pop a benadryl before bed, but no matter what, I always always wake up groggy.

I've tried it before and just like Tylenol pm I am more sleepy 10 hours after I take it then anytime during the night

I use the Kroger version. It helps me sleep, but it is often difficult to wake up the next morning.
