I bake a bunch of potatoes then cut them in half and scoop out the 'tater flesh and rub them in oil and salt and pepper then bake them again hotter to crisp'em.
Now fill them with bacon and Extra Sharp Cheddar and throw under the broiler to melt it. Then top with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of green onions! Yum!
