pete is mcgruder. unappreciated guy who does everything right, then when its his time to shine everyone is all like "omg I love pete! ive been saying hes the greatest this whole time!"
I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

I'd like to think that I'm a Carson Coffman type.  Statistically average, but when you need a game winning drive against UCF, I'm your man.

yeah you complete plagiarizing my post from page 1 where I called Tobias Rodney was totally awesome and I should let it slide.

Pete is OBVIOUSLY Terrance Newman. Fans chant his name, and he plays for a love of the game. He's a Kansas kid, who many thought was just a Track star, but his skills translate well to the gridiron. Best at his position ever at KSU.

Trim is Manny Dies.

Both from Wichita.  If you talk crap on either one of them, they just might kick your door down.

One other thing, Manny used to choke against KU, and Trim has choked KU (fans).

YLA:  Alan Webb-only a couple of bright spots, otherwise pretty incoherent, easily lured in to making poor decisions and never really seems to get it.

Dlew12 - Mark Simoneau. I tried to make a comparison, but it's just not there. Dlew gets grouped in with all the DU dorks, just like Simoneau will always be grouped in with Ochs and Kelly, even though both of their games are significantly better. Passionate,  Kansas kids who are All-Americans not only on the field/board, but also in our hearts.

Looks like I'm Ochs then

MIR: Denis Clemente: He wears his heart on his sleeve, passionate in what he believes in, sometimes doesn't necessarily think things through all the way before letting it all out.
People have very strong feelings toward him one way or the other. The people who aren't on his team genuinely hate his guts while the people who are on his team love it.

Also taller than he looks at first glance.

TBL = Cole Brokenicky.     Stands on the sidelines just waiting for the chance to make the big play that never comes. Only heard of by those with HGEIQ. Turns up from time to time to make others wonder who he is.

fanning - Victor Ojeleye. He's so adorable and I'm glad he's a role player but he......oh good grief, don't do that. Anyways, he's obviously a stud in his, are you kidding me? What are you thinking right now? Like a was saying, stud in his own way. He......STOP, LET THE OTHER PLAYERS HANDLE IT!!! He's honestly a good person if you can get past the......oh screw it, coach took him out.
