I’ve been listening to a really good Pandora station that I created for late 90’s grunge, and bunches of the songs are from those MTV unplugged concerts.
I really like them, but one thing that really bothers the hell out of me is when start a song and the audience starts to clap as soon as they recognize it….and there is always several people you can hear who just rough ridin' loose it and start screaming their heads off. It’s like they are trying to show off about how much more they love the song than everyone else. It would be so annoying sitting next to one of those dudes at an unplugged concert.
I can imagine myself getting really pissed at that guy, and then I’d just start clapping like crazy at the first note of any song and act like I know exactly what it is and that It’s my life long favorite to kind of one-up him, but on every rough ridin' song just to prove my point. But, then that would make me sound exactly like those fuckers that annoy me on the songs that I listen to on Pandora!
That’s a dilemma right there.
