When you have the context that literally seconds before Sherman tried to shake Crabtree's hand and that he was mushed, on top of making the game winning play against him in the endzone, the response was completely understandable. Football's way too emotional of a game for a guy to come down that quickly for an interview and I can't blame him at all for being excited.

He was trying to get a rise out of Crabtree on that.  Ran out of nowhere and smacked him on the ass and went for the shake more taunting like than anything.

I always shook my opponent's hand after matches. Only time I ever didn't shake the opposing coaches' hands after a match was when I lost at State senior year. Mother rough rider stalled the whole match, should have been DQ'd. Only had it called twice on him.
