What level is the drunkest you could be and still be 100% confident that if you got pulled over you'd be good to go? Like, 100%, not 99%. Is that about a 3?

Failed a test and now I'm at a 7/10. Haven't eaten at all today (1 cup of water) so I'm totally punishing myself.
