Do you A) hope for the best, or B) go to burn it down day one?

The AD is to blame for the hire.  Why support a guaranteed failure?

The only difference here is that oscar wildly exceeded expectations in year one, which bought him some slack from a large portion of the base here.  This recent stretch probably buys more...at least for me it does.

But if it goes wrong, and I'm done with him, I'll be the first with the gas and matches.  No one gets unconditional support form me.  Not even Snyder.

I only do it when it's well deserved. He squeaked his way to the ship and brought foster.  What if we're wrong? Frank would have franked himself to a 3rd place finish last year and a round of 32 finish.
