Long run last night:
8.39 mi total
10:29/mi
ave HR 161 bpm

Just a bit over 2 weeks until the 10k. Barring an injury or illness cropping up, I'm confident that I can finish.
Hoping to finish in about 55 min. My watch believes it is possible.

Ran my first extended run in a long time this weekend, ~3.5 miles. Ended up tweaking my hammy  :frown:

Last long run/hard effort before the race. The app just has two easy/base runs for me this week. Gotta get good sleep and hydration this week.
