Honestly, I want our coaches to have egos and never think they are wrong most of the time. Hopefully they recognize the times that they aren't and adjust of course, but coaches better think they know what they are doing and believe in their decisions 100%.

When they're wrong, I want them to know they're wrong 100% of the time. Anyone should. You can make a confident decision without being 100% sure it would work. Because being 100% sure about something in a football game is really, really stupid.
