Theres a pizza place in NW Wichita that has the best wings in town (Pacific Coast Pizza) if we're going off menu... I believe they cook their wings in their pizza oven, never had anything close anywhere else.

NE Wichita and the guy who looks like a squawk hat'd fitz is the PCP guy.


Yep, that's Russ, i played on a Bocce league there over the summer so ran into him a couple times.  No idea that he was a squawk at heart, though I should have known.  He's originally from poorsville, south Wichita which is pretty lousy with squawks.

This thread has made me realize that squawks make the best chicken wings, can science explain?

Emergency rations if BWW is closed or explodes or something:

Get a bunch of smart chicken wings. They must be smart chicken. If they aren't just eat a pop tart.

Salt and pepper them.

Grill them about 8 minutes per side

Toss in wing sauce/butter mixture of your choice

Throw in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes

i made wings with smart chicken wings tonight and they were definitely great
