I feel like a chicken breast and veggies is the healthiest way to go. The body needs protein.

lots of visceral fat and heart disease ITT

Nobody suggested eating only red meat, but if my salad doesn't have some grilled chicken on top then I want no part of it

Beans.  They are the reason I could go partly vegetarian.

Paleos are the real weirdos.  "Oh sup?  I'm eating the same diet my lesser evolved human friendos did thousands of years ago.  GTFOOMF with that evolution BS."

Pretty cruel to feast on innocent vegetables...

"And the angel of the lord came unto me, snatching me up from my place of slumber. And took me on high, and higher still until we moved to the spaces betwixt the air itself. And he brought me into a vast farmlands of our own midwest. And as we descended, cries of impending doom rose from the soil. One thousand, nay a million voices full of fear. And terror possesed me then. And I begged, "Angel of the Lord, what are these tortured screams?" And the angel said unto me, "These are the cries of the carrots, the cries of the carrots! You see, Reverend Maynard, tomorrow is harvest day and to them it is the holocaust." And I sprang from my slumber drenched in sweat like the tears of one million terrified brothers and roared, "Hear me now, I have seen the light! They have a consciousness, they have a life, they have a soul! Damn you! Let the rabbits wear glasses! Save our brothers!" Can I get an amen? Can I get a hallelujah? Thank you Jesus."

I don't think having a moral objection to the meat industry weird at all. I have never really met anyone preachy about it, either. I have heard about a million people complain about preachy vegans though. somehow the math doesn't add up.

Of course friend. Without hesitation. Just like the indians who shared Maize with their visitors from afar that Thanksgiving so many years ago.

I do love dogs. I don't think I could eat those things, but everything else is in play is what I'm saying.

I partake not in the meat, nor the breastmilk, nor the ovum, of any creature with a face.

Seems michiganliarcat is wrong here.

I like to think that those that do have a moral objection to the meat industry could still partake in PCKK7DC because Chiptole is conscious of that stuff and all.

Every single meal after breakfast always contains dead animal flesh. Most of my breakfast meals do as well unless if I eat cereal. If it were life and death, I could do cheese, eggs, milk probably, but if it's death or vegan, I'll take a steak to go please.
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

I couldn't do no dairy.  I could pull off no meat.  I'd really only miss chicken and turkey.  I like the birds.
