i try to wake up at 6 during the week, but that only happens on 3 or 4 days. on weekends i get up between 7 and 11. i can always go back to sleep if i want. my dad and his dad are both awake at 5:15 every single day. i think i'd rather struggle in the morning than be awake at 5am on weekends.

usually 7 or so...then i sleep for an hour, wake up, roll over, sleep again for an hour...can usually do that till 10:30, 11.

6-630. Of course, I can go a little later if it's been a hard week. Typically don't sleep well after a bender either.

based on this I'm gonna try waking up at 5:08 every morning like I normally do for basketball and just see what happens. Starting after thanksgiving.

I woke up at 8 this morning, could not believe it

I also had a couple glasses of wine and popped a vicodin & skelaxin last night for a wrwcked back so that kind of explains it
