he's just starting he fourth year, i think he's going to make the tournament for the third straight year. he's recruited fairly well. he hasn't had a breakout year yet, and i don't know what you consider a significantly better job, but i'd hire him at a lot of schools.

I would say a place like Texas should/would be the worst job he should take, and I'm not sure many schools above him would find him impressive enough (so far).

Of course, I thought Frank was basically in the same position so what do I know.

why? i agree that he hasn't done enough to attract texas and above, but it seems to me that there's a lot of schools that lie between colorado and texas. he's making 1.5 btw, was making 800k until this year (was making this, for example, when kstate was looking for a coach).

I didn't know Maurice Creek was playing for GW. He's an Indiana transfer, had a crap load of injury problems there. Looking great this year. Good for him.

Why yes. His youngsters don't seem to be much good at playing the defense. Very good on the offense. Maybe Dana feels they need to conserve their energies for the offense while on the defense. Can't say as I agree with that.

I love junk defenses, it means the coach has given some thought into his best chance to win. Man 2 man with poor athletes will get you beaten every time
