Things you do that annoy yourself

anyone else have things they do that just annoys the daylights out of them? But, for some reason you just can't stop doing that thing.

For example:
If someone passes me in a hallway or at a store or something and unexpectedly says "hi" or something, I can never respond normally. I can only manage a few odd syllables that don't really make sense. v annoying.

also, when I'm reading something online I always have to highlite it. no idea why but it annoys the crap out of me.

i think i have a form of restless leg syndrome, it just effects my feet. almost all the times i am flexing or tensing up my feet, curling my toes, etc. it's especially bed when i sit at a desk all day. gets to the point where my feet/ankles are legitimately fatigued.

holy crap, this is me so much.  i get really tired at like 8:30 or 9:00, but it's like that's WAY too early to go to sleep, and then end up staying up until 3 or 4am because i can't sleep.
