It's fine unless you wipe your ass like a two year old.  Also, I don't wear suits so that doesn't come into play.

I guess your balls and ass don't sweat.  Also, unless you do some serious wet wiping you have a dirty ass after you crap.  Not something I'd want rubbed all over the inside of a suit or slacks.

it seems like we are all in agreement that boxer briefs are the superior underwear configuration. Support for you satchel like briefs and chafing protection like boxers.

The problem with the Hanes/FOTL cotton boxer briefs is the inevitable pieces of cotton you have to wash out of your butt.

another thing: be wary of the comfort soft hidden elastic band versions. they are actually less comfortable and the interior hidden elastic band stabs your skin. The regular exposed exterior elastic band is way better.


also steer away from Jockey brand unless you are flat-back.

I should probably try some higher quality b-briefs someday, but hanes/fotl have been good to me so far in life
