Why was he throwing with 4 minutes left?  He was shivung it up their ass (again) and with plenty of time (again) they have him throw unnecessarily (again).  This staff does not learn how to put its players in a position to be sucessful.

We need him to stop playing QB. He needs to switch to DB to fix that ATROCIOUS secondary.. Or WR. Because he is an AWFUL quarterback. Great GREAT athlete who can run and wiggle. As hard as it is for me to admit it because I would love for him to be our qb. The guy just sucks at playing QB.  My little sister has a stronger arm than sams

I think this is an idiotic point.  Dumbest play in KSU history?  Come on.  Sams blew it at the end, no doubt.  I still say he's the guy.  Have you not watched any defensive plays with our DBs lined up 12 yards off the line of scrimmage?  How about that same cushion where the got burned for a 90+ yard TD?

What was the play call? I thought he was trying to throw it away at the end of a busted play or make a last ditch pass attempt on the sideline.

He was definitely trying to complete a pass there. He doesn't have presence at the end of games when we are trailing with no timeouts. Most QBs don't. The key is not putting ourselves in those situations in the first place.

People want to think Snyder was right by not playing Sams enough. Now that it's obvious that it was a terrible decision, they run down Sams in order to convince themselves Snyder did not make a mistake.

Sams will make stupid plays even when he improves to Ell/Bishop levels. That's what happens when you have players with talent that are capable of making great things happen. CK didn't because he was more of a control the game, move the chains and don't do anything stupid kind of player.
