If Wiggins isn't (at the very least) Wilt Chamberlain, is he a huge failure?

Absolutely disgusting how Bill Self is cranking the hype machine up to 11 so that Wiggins can't possibly live up to expectations and HAS to play at least 2 more years. What a piece of crap. All Bill ever does is set these kids up to fail.

I have no problem TSC'ing it with KU fans who went to KU but their t-shirt fans are so insufferable.  My boss's son goes to K-State but he won't cheer for them because in his words he's been a KU fan since he moved to Kansas City 10 years ago. Goes to every KU basketball game he can.  Went to two football games in 2007.  That tells you something.

At this point I am at least intrigued to see how this all plays out because they are hyping this kid to ungodly levels.  We saw what Beasley did and he wasn't hyped anything like this.  I mean Beasley had what like 20 something double doubles? This kid is going to have to have a double double every game and take them to the Final Four to live up to this hype. 


Or in true Self fashion, he'll break the kid down so he stays 3 or 4 years...

lol not what bill said. he is telling people to not expect him to put up 25 a game because he's not going to. the reason beasley put up big numbers was because his team sucked. wiggins wont need to score 25ppg because our team is stacked. i think he averages 16-18 pts and 6-8 reb.
