has will spradling ever been on a team picked in the lower half of the big 12 previous to this year?

I am glad you asked, Sys.  The answer is no.

Maybe he and his whole family are liars.  Maybe everyone likes the football no respect storyline so much that we've adopted it for football.

Now that Will has been able to experience the struggles associated with playing out of position at point guard early in his career, then struggling at his "natural" position at the 2, he's ready to be a point guard.

It's all part of the process.

I cant wait  :excited:

Man, the people on this board have such short memories, it's unreal.  Guys, Frank said Will shoots the cover off the ball!!!! Hello?  A ball can only clank off the rim so many times before the cover starts to fall off...

Jevon Thomas is eligible on December 21st right? So Will only has to maintain for the first 8-10 games, in theory.

I'm kind of getting excited for this season, probably because football is sucking and no one really knows what we'll be in hoops. So I can dream a little, I guess.

Look, I'm trying to be what's that word....optimistic for once in my life.  It's my dream, let me have it until reality crashes down on me.  :buh-bye:

There is nothing to be optimistic about.  The best we could possibly achieve this season is average and all that means is that we won a couple games we shouldn't have and oscar Weber's job is secure for another 2 years or longer.  Stop being optimistic, it's stupid.  You make me sick.

What, I can't have hope that Marcus Foster or Jevon Thomas might be half decent?  I can't remember any of the other new comers names, oh yea, Nigel Johnson. Yea I don't have any expectations for him.  But maybe Shane takes his game to yet another level?  Maybe Gip and DJamer don't just get completely obliterated inside?

Reality sucks, I want to live in dream land for a little while longer, I mean I'm currently under the delusion that the football team is going to somehow get to 6 wins in it final 6 games. ( I know they have 7, but I've already come to terms with this Saturday's beat down on national tv by Baylor.)
