did anyone watch the news last night? was this some super secret footage or was it exactly what we saw on tv, which was waters being pissed at himself for turning the ball over and sams trying to calm him down? I mean, at that point he didn't even know he was "pulled from the game." he'd just turned the damn ball over and the defense was on the field.

I remember watching the game and seeing Waters pissed and Sams, being the good leader and team mate that he is, trying to console Waters. Waters was having none of it. So in short, Jack Harry is right about what happened, but everyone who watched the game saw it.

Jack has been BITB'ing longer than anyone.

Obvsly he realizes the only way to keep a large portion of the KC college fan interested in football is to drama up the KSU squad. This is can't miss, make a pizza, hold a party, have all your little bro's friends over and mom makes you hang out with them while they watch as big bro is having internal issues type stuff here.

What if Jake was pissed at the line or someone and not at himself and Sams was giving him some tough love about leadership or just bro'ing him up to get him through the game to where they could sit and talk about this without the raw emotion?

What if Jake had a tough call from that one classmate's girlfriend saying that she doesn't want him and he takes rejection really bad and couldn't focus and that turnover just made all the pain come back to the surface and Sams was just letting him know that there are plenty of fish in the sea and that any girl would be lucky to have a shot at Jake and that Jake is young and shouldn't be getting too tied down now anyway?

overheard a convo last week (aka, walked next to him for 20 seconds) where sams was talking about waters to some huge white guy (assumed OL)and it was all very positive and he was like "i think coach just puts too much pressure on jake".

I don't think so. I saw him at Burger King on Friday. I said, "good luck this weekend, daniel." and he replied with, "thanks, man." and smiled. daniel really made my day, that day.
