Rumblings that the tarp will be OFF for the Texas game.

That tarp has been there a long time.  What's hiding underneath??    :ohno:

Tunnel to our rape train.

1.) Screw all of you. I thought Aggieville was a bar or something. Didn't realize it was a name for your little bar district.

2.) For what it's worth, you guys have a cool little college town. It's like Waco, except with less people.

3.) In all seriousness, your gameday experience is the best in the Big 12 as far as I'm concerned. I've not been to KU or ISU, but I don't think I have to worry about my statement being untrue nonetheless. Seriously -- impressive fans. So much fking purple.....

4.) Great game Saturday. I enjoyed myself, the town, the game, and the sweet seats we had, despite some old hag yelling "CHEATERS!" the entire game every time we did anything. Beyond that, t'was awesome. 9/10, would visit again.

He must not have been in town long enough to admire the scenery.

Been gone from Manhattan a few years, did we have a Branch Davidian type shootout and I missed it on the news?

Also, Waco is not a very nice town, please don't compare to Manhattan ever again.

Watching the replay of this game right now. Of the many things I want to point out, the biggest two are:

1) That's a lot of purple. I like the commitment by cats fans.

2) Why the eff is Sams not on the field from start to finish? Give the kid time to mature and get comfortable/confident as a well rounded QB and he is going to be a baaaaad man.

Saying Manhattan is like Waco is not an insult. There's not much there -- we explored most of it. What is there is pretty cool -- bars, eateries, some decent scenery here and there.

One of the best parts is that it's about 90 miles from civilization. Same as Waco.

The rest of the civilized world would disagree...  Especially those that have been to that god-forsaken place.
