The absolute worst is when they ask if you want to donate a dollar to Jerry's Kids or some other charity.  It makes for a very uncomfortable situation and it's hard to not come off as an bad person if you say "no thanks" and then grab a pack of rolos.

to add my 2 cents to the convo, i hate when people use the self checkout at the grocery store when they are buying a lot of big things...so every couple of items they have to "skip bagging" and then the light flashes, have to wait for an employee, yada yada.
