As far as I know the course still exists, but no one ever plays it anymore. I played it when I was a freshman (like 7 years ago) and never played it again. Throwing at trees, poles, and statues seemed Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) to me. Currently Fairmont Park was just expanded to 18 holes and it's an all right course.
You can't ace something without a basket.
By 4 in the afternoons it was a war zone out there.
A few years ago they actually banned people from playing during the day. You can search the Collegian about it. I think someone got hit in the head or something.
