Author Topic: Who do we beat to become bowl eligible? (Read 30929 times)

Ok, so we need to get to 4-5 in conference in order to reach a bowl game. We're already 0-1, so we're not off to a very good start. I think we're a better team than ISU, KU and WVU. These are must wins if we want to bowl. That 6th one will be tricky though. We'll have to win one of the following games:

@OSU
Baylor
@Tech
TCU
OU

I think TCU at home is our best shot for the 6th W. Then maybe OU?

If we make some personnel changes to get more of our athletes on the field, then I see the last three as winnable ball games. If we try to outscheme everybody with the puds we have playing now, I don't think any of these games are winnable.

Road games are just going to be tuff for this team, SSOC (which is why KU makes me a little nervous). @TTU against that bozo Queensbury is going to be t-u-f-f tuff.

If we don't sweep ISU, WVU & KU then we have no shot at bowling in my imo.

On the contrary, I'd say their loss to OU is the most impressive thing they've done all season. I think they're awful because they beat William and Mary by 7 and lost to Maryland 37-0.

K-State and Baylor would just keep rotating between ruining dream seasons. Didn't realize how rough the Circle of Life could be.

Are you guys actually excited if we go 6-6, make some toilet bowl, only to lose another bowl game?

Pretty pathetic when we have 8 games left and can only find 3 sorta wins......

WVU was terrible against Maryland. They had 175 total yards and 80 of those came on two runs in garbage time in the 4th quarter.

Have you not seen them play? They are god awful.

I think we have a good shot at beating TCU. They looked really bad against Tech. Tech isn't that great either but we play them in Lubbock.
