Snyder is the 5th highest paid coach in this conference and was 8th prior to this January.  I'm not saying give him a raise.  I'm saying he's been a good deal for KSU financially.  That's it and that's all.

It's good because it shows that no matter how amazing you do here, and how vital you are to our program, you will never be paid what the going rate is for such a thing.

It's kinda the reverse of Gill and Weiss.
