Did I miss something? Why is Tig dying? He might see the end is near for them all and that he's missed something his whole life, or at least since his daughter died.

OK, the kid plotting seems a lit far fetched but maybe it's just because the actor is not very good and he makes the kid seem dumber than the character is supposed to be? #acting
They could have just skipped that whole cutting himself thing and just went with his last statement. (Gooch & I were arguing over whether he was going to pull out a gun or a razor blade before it turned out to be a fork.)
Although now that he lied about Gemma hurting him they are probably not going to believe anything he says.

I think just the fact that he had a tender moment that made you feel for him means he is a candidate for death because then it is all the more painful.

Yeah, thats what I was getting at. Set him up to make his death more dramatic rather than just some crazy eff dying.

Yeah, thats what I was getting at. Set him up to make his death more dramatic rather than just some crazy eff dying.

Got it and agreed. Was messing with the pup a bit during those scenes and thought I missed something. At first I thought he was going to pull out a knife and try to kill someone. Agreed the kids acting is bad, he is in Kindergarten.

That self harming was way too calculated for a 5 year old kid. That might have been the least believable scene in the series, which is saying something. Other than that the episode was great.

Yeah. Obvsly, we don't know how the kid/gemma thing will play out, but they should have just left it at him telling Jax and that be the end of the kid as a growing role. Either that, or had him kill gemma with one of the rando guns laying around.

Gemma did tell him that the scratches would get adults in trouble. Then he asked if it would get them in trouble with police and she said yes. He's obviously effed up, but that is no less believable than the hundreds of murders that have happened with almost no police involvement.

The whole APB on Jax and him running away was really stupid.
1. He was 10 feet away from the Sheriff when Wayne said to put out an APB.
2. When the cops showed up, instead of one of the guys quietly going into the back real quick to tell Jax to sneak out they yelled at him so that he comes out to the front where the cops can see him.
3. Instead of just getting booked for assault and getting bailed out, Jax decides to run from the cops, destroy a bunch of property, steal a car, and now has to hide out.
4. Wouldn't the cops keep an eye out for where the rest of the club went in case they met up with Jax later???

Other than that, it was a great episode.

Lady Cop and Wayne couldn't stop him themselves. The cops that chased him were the crooked guys dudes and he wants to kill him so that's no good. He also needed to get to Gemma ASAP and a night in jail prevents that. All his previous charges don't let him just get bailed right away. Agree with point 4 but it's not a big enough issue to follow people since that costs $$. Not a man hunt.

Apparently this was a homage to a chase scene in a really old movie I have never seen.
But in Bullitt, the jazz music is in the prelude to the chase scene, not during the actual chase (as far as I can tell form You Tube clips).
