Nothing the big 10 has done to date makes me think they want to diversify across sports.  They want access to more TV sets and good football in that order.  Basketball doesn't register for them IMO.

I agree that they haven't seemed to value basketball thus far, but that is the ONLY thing KU can hope for...otherwise there is no reason to give KU your revenue.

I had to look it up.  That's the part of Illinois that is basically rural Kentucky/Indiana. That's whereabouts the Mask is from.

I agree that they haven't seemed to value basketball thus far, but that is the ONLY thing KU can hope for...otherwise there is no reason to give KU your revenue.

There isn't a basketball school in the big 10 that wouldn't love to see KU turn into Memphis if the Big 12 crumbles.  They'll never get an invite.  Them separate, but becoming irrelevant is better for big 10 basketball programs than them added to the conference.  They'll gladly be allowed to slowly die IMO.

This is what I have, only flip KU and ISU. KU has more talent at just about every position, but Weis is so bad that it just won't matter, even against Paul Rhoads.
