so there's a big event going on this weekend just outside of manhattan. it's called the cattle barons ball and you guys (my friends) are all invited. tickets are $125 and include all the food and booze you can eat/drink. there will be music and things and auction items. it's to raise money for cancer and other bs of that nature.

as of now there are somewhere between 400-500 people going so it should be quite the deal. also, if you'd like to go but can't afford to buy a ticket or just generally want to help out a great cause/event, then guess what? you can be a volunteer. just pm me and i'll put you in touch with the right people. anyway, see all you guys (and girls) there. first beer is on me.

honest question- if there are cows out there and i see them, am i allowed to ride them? also what if they don't have saddles on them. can you ride cows without saddles?

not to worry. why you ask? two reasons.

1)i was just told on good authority that you can't ride any of the cows even if you're wearing cowboy boots and they have on saddles. cow riding is apparently out.

2)i was just told that they might have one of these things. a couple of beam and cokes in ol' daris and look out. i'm going to rope something.
