With T.Boone paying the money, OSU has approached selling seats far different than many others would.  They don't offer discounts or reduced prices, especially on premium seats.  The attitude is that fans will pay the money at full price, and if they start expecting discounts or reduced prices your revenues will suffer over the long term.
