Is Trim a good lawyer?
« on: August 02, 2013, 03:39:22 PM »
And what kind of law does he practice? I have a friend who said he needs a real bad person of an attorney. Strangely, my first thought was of Trim.

I am pretty certain I know Trim's actual name, but does anyone here have any idea or other suggestions? I know many attorneys, but they're all super nice people. That's not what I'm seeking here.

It's clearly show your sock on your male genitals day.  I feel like that should be a facebook status or something.

I've never been a sock. I honestly know a guy who needs a dickhead attorney. Busy, but sometimes lurking. I should know better than to ask this integrity-rich board for legal advice. (Shame Yourself Thread.)

I'd probably be more concerned with hiring an attorney that has an area of expertise in the reasoning that I need an attorney over just hiring the biggest bad person attorney I can find.  You're "friend" doesn't sound very smart.

As you know, fanning, at least 50% of this blog site's members are lawyers.  Just post the whole situation and I'm sure we can all team up to solve this pro bono or direct you the right person.

I don't know the whole problem. It has to do with a broken contract. And you'll note, savants, I did ask what KIND of law Trim practiced. Guess I can look that up on the w-w-w, though if I had to guess based on the things I read here, I would say he's Wichita's equivalent of Johnny Cochrane, only meaner and less rhyme-y.

In my experience the very best of attorneys aren't assholes.  It doesn't accomplish anything other than to make you look like a bitter, losery prick.  The worst hacks are always assholes.  All assholes are not always hacks though.  Being a fuckface just because doesn't impress judges or juries, and it sure as crap doesn't get you anywhere in negotiations.  There's often a time and place to be a hardass, but if that's all you do no one worth a crap will take you seriously.

Also, lopakman has really come around.  I barely remember what a shitty poster you were.

Cassy nominee for most improved poster.
