Pretty easy to win bowl games when you play big east teams and mid majors. Much more difficult when you play teams that finish in the top 3.

Va Tech was ranked #3 in the country when KU beat them in the Orange Bowl.


 

I think they were only 5th/6th in the human polls, but regardless, why is it that KU only finished #7 after beating the #3 BCS team?  K-State has finished the season higher than that on two different occasions.

Seriously, though... football is KU's hobby sport, and we have three bowl wins since lil' bro's last one in 2002.  For all of the effort and money you guys throw at football, you still can't win a bowl game.  Sad.

KU has three bowl wins since K-State's last one in 2002.  Let that sink in for a minute.


 

1) in the new Big 12, total conf wins = 1) OU 21 2) KState 20 2) OK St 20 10) KU 1

2) in the past 21 yrs , KU has scored 22 TDs vs Snyder led Ksu teams.  That's in 18 games dude.  We have scored 28 TDs vs KU just this decade (2010's)
