The football facility stuff looks great. The actual in-stade experience is going to be very mild unless it's a big game like the Cats or something. I don't see that stade getting loud.

It's definitely a well done quaint little stadium.  I bet such a cozy environment would lend well to pickle ball tournaments.  Phase 5 or 6 should make that happen.  It's all the rage right now.

Will there be SRO areas? 40k capacity with all individual seats when complete. I bet it will feel a lot like TCU if anyone has been there before.

They fooled me, like when it went down that first long ass corridor I was like “oh this must be the tunnel to the field oh, nope” then by like the 10th long ass corridor I was like “damn, ANOTHER long ass corridor? Alri-OPE! That’s the tunnel to the field”
