Brent > Bret and would be a good counter to Miles... no clue if Miles will do well, but he will bring a brashness and probably decent recruiting to KU. Every KU fan chest-best about his national championship for some time. It will be interesting to see if he can coach at a place with limited talent and facilities.

Jesus, I would hope they'd be able to afford a coach. Last year they had $17 million in football revenue, and only spent $3 million of it on football.

KU hiring Les is beneficial for us. It's going to put pressure on Gene to make a splash hire and it has a good portion of the tuck fan base worried they can't go to McDonald's every morning at 5 am and talk to their buddies over coffee about how we always beat KU.

Ku hasn't won 2 Big 12 games in any year in the past decade. 6 conference wins in 10 years.

Les is a solid hire for them. But 8-4,5-3 type seasons are a loooooong ways off. Any season they finish above .500 for year should be viewed as huge success. Those wont be many of them

They need to first stop the losing at home to FCS teams. But getting to 3-6 in conference games should not be so difficult. Aren't there like 5 teams now tied at 3-5?

Agreed. I think we'll see a very competitive team, very soon. I am guessing that they'll beat us at least 50% of the time for the next decade....both programs are historically dog crap on the road.
