KU reminds me of this country club around where I grew up. Those stoopy bastards know their course blows balls and taints, but refuse to make it a municipal or public course because they don't want "lesser" people to golf on it. They haven't done any facility upgrades in over 2 decades and are being left behind by all the other golf courses, all because they just think they are high and mighty.

They probably also don't know that more Kansans go to Kansas State than University of Kansas.  The University of Kansas is really just for 2-3 counties from Kansas and out-of-state students who couldn't get into their own state schools.

I wonder how long it will take for the State legislature to have a full majority of Kansas State graduates....not just "fans" mind you, but actual graduates...
