So, the guy that can't even properly eval the talent on his own team is also expected to evaluate a nation of recruits and find the right kids.  Guys, this depresses the crap out of me.  Like really bad.  I have a bunch of KU'ers as friends and I really want them to be able to have nice things too.

Is there anything we can do?  This seems too big for PI.

The thing that amazes me is he can get kids like Cozart and Wrench to not only commit but also stick with KU

Guys, it's not all bad.  Amadeus Cozart looked like Dan Sams out there, except he connected on some difficult routes.  You have my permission to live vicariously through him.  'Sco Hawks!

Cozart was voted the game’s offensive MVP for an effort that produced 58 passing yards and 70 on the ground, including a 60-yard tightrope down the sideline

I had no idea programs actually hand out MVP awards for a scrimmage.  Does everyone do this?  If so I'll just shut my mouth, but if not, lordy

I thought it was stupid that they counted the win last year, but now that the shoe is on the other foot it makes sense.  They really should count this one as a loss.
Did the Blue team lose?!?!

No, they won.   Do you even read threads before making wild assumptions?

3.Reagan told not to hold anything back — Weis said last Tuesday that he and new offensive coordinator John Reagan had a discussion this week about how much of the new offense they should unveil at the spring game. Weis’ instructions to Reagan were simple: Don’t hold anything back. Call the plays as you would normally call them. You won’t see everything, but you’ll get a fair look at what the KU offense, version 2014 looks like.
