I park in the front yards of what appears to be Section 8 housing in Lawrence every time I make the mistake of attending a game in that crap hole of a stadium.

I think it's more of an opportunity to control the access of law enforcement to the new apartment.  I bet it's a fortress that the police won't be allowed in.
