Yeah, and what about the north side of the stadium as well?  Isn't there an east-west street that butts up against the bowl of the stadium with a bunch of lousy apartment houses across the street?  All I see there is a field of grass and then trees.  It does not look at all like it did when I went there in November.  Or is the master plan to take out that street and doze all the houses so they can plant more grass next to the stadium?

It's not as bad as some of the soviet-inspired, utilitarian complexes at some of the KBOR institutions.  I especially like the Escher walkway on the roof.
