You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

David Beaty's Kansas squad held its spring game over the weekend. Defense was the name of the game during the two-hour scripted scrimmage. Here’s what we learned.

1. The quarterback battle could last deep into August. As a group, Kansas' four quarterbacks threw four interceptions (versus just two touchdowns), including three from Montell Cozart, who has started games during each of his first three seasons.

Man, Cozart just can't get his crap together. He must be a stud in practice, but can't carry it into a game.

I love hearing Keegan say "Montell Cozart" on BITB. Makes me happy for so many reasons.

KU Should Scrap the Spring Game
I have been going for years and it is always a negative reminder for how bad our program is.  Fans get nothing out of it and it probably suppresses ticket sales.    Put it and its perpetually modified approach out of its misery.   Save money for paint or buyouts.

Save money for paint or buyouts.  Dynamite little nugget there.

The next coach (HC or other) is def going to have a line item in their contract making them responsible for paint labor.

Yes, our program sucks, but I feel that by ours sucking, it takes away from the fact that kstate/MU havent won **** in their football histories and both had losing seasons this year. Add in their sorry ass basketball programs and the whole athletics department is a dumpster fire

in order for our sorry ass basketball program to be comparable to ku football, we would have had to went 0-33 this past season, which i'm just guessing that has never happened before.

I am amazed at how MU is still the majority tenant in KU's head.

I don't know one MU guy that is still poking at KU.

I'm more impressed that just having basketball, and i guess volleyball having one good year makes them have an AD head and shoulders above ours. I mean, we regularly talk about how crappy last year in football was, and it was still 6 wins and 31 points better at their dumpster fire of a stadium (but that's being respectful for dumpster fires though). While our basketball was meh but not atrocious, and everything else is just ok while we continue getting $$$ like no tomorrow, but i mean, go on ku fan, tell us how bad it is and how great you guys have it.
