1.) Build the most legit south endzone/party deck possible.  Rename it the Unruh Zone.  Fans would affectionately call it "The Ruh"

2.) Build a new indoor/vanier/bowl in the NEZ.  Walking to the current indoor in 15 degree weather in February is worse than anything......ever.

3.)  Give a lot to the Poli Sci Department.  Dr./s Franke, Herspring, Stapley etc.  all studbosses

4.) Open a legit restaurant in the ville

5.) Give the rest to the university's endowment...its pretty small right now compared to other schools.

If I had a billion dollars I donate enough to finish all phases of BSFS with V 2.0 being on the East. Renovate the Bram by completely redoing the concourse. Give baseball 2
Thousand more seats and a video board. Renovate Ahearn for vball and indoor track. Then hold the rest for future decisions and recruits.

I'd make the stadium float after gametime. Alcohol and good food so you wouldn't need to leave. And giant inflatable emergency slides if the floaing technology falters. Also would buy some prime pasture a few miles away from the stadium and move all the sheep there...blow up the foundation building or float it next to the new pasture. Make an elite style club of some sort where the foundation building is and make a direct vip style subway for former/future studs and celebs to have a direct non hassle way to a turbo elevator to the new suites.

I don't think any of us really know what it would like, but when we say Vanier 2.0 on the east, I think we're all assuming it'd replace any need for a castley facade with its own castleyness?

-Buy washburn's law school and give it to kstate - making it an elite on-campus setup.
-Build a golf course where the sheep fields are now - tailgating on a g course is elite
-Build a giant moving sidewalk (airport style) from BSFS to the ville
-Make it legal to drink on campus on weekends
-Buy 1000 pizza shuttles to give away each game
-Payoff city officials to outlaw all stones besides limestone
-Found an elite BBS scholarship and suite
