I don't go hard enough for that to be a prob.   If it ever does become a prob, we have a shower at work.

Good bump!

Guys we're only about 100 days from Spring Break 2014, so if you want to be impressing the fly babes with your rockin' bod it's time to put down that turkey leg and make that fuckin' bar bend!

Or just eat the turkey and exercise more.

I came to the conclusion recently that dieting just isn't for me.  I've tried to limit intake at times, and while it's worked to some extent, I think just using copious amounts of physical activity to balance my penchant for binging and gluttony works best for ol' Nicname.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I don't limit cals. I just don't eat processed sugar or grains (except booze) and endurance train like a mofo. Works great.

Funny I posted this around a week into the holidays.  Correction: there is no amount of physical activity that can match my gluttony during the holiday season.

About a year ago I gave up drinking heavier beers (pale ales, IPAs, porters, etc.) for about 2 months, and only drank light beers...Lost 10 lbs.

I still enjoy the good stuff from time to time, but if its going to be a binge night then I try to stick to Coors Light. Seems to work.  :Woot:

That's a real dumbass diet IMO. Drink the good stuff, eat less shitty fried food instead. No offense, grats on 10 lbs and being miserable.
