Try these:
1. "Sour cream and cheese"
"No thanks"

2. "What can I get you to drink?"
"Water"

3. "Would you like to try a mocha?"
"No thanks, I'll have a medium black coffee"

4. "You need a ride home?"
"Na, I'll walk"

5. "You and the Mrs. want to meet up for ice cream?"
"Sure, but how about (insert non-ice cream place)"

Keep in mind I'm still fat but less fat than in previous years.

Yep.  This with emphasis on understanting the calories part.

Its probably not the calories in the PBRs that really matters.  It will be the medium pizza and 2:30 AM fast food binge that will do you in.

If you rely on exercise to lose weight, you're mumped.

This, sort of.  You don't really have to bust your ass.  Just don't rough ridin' gorge yourself whenever you eat.  Most places you eat at will give you much more food than you need for a meal.  But definitely exercise, you don't want to be "skinny fat" and it's just better for your overall health to be active.

Drink 5 shots on top and you'll barf 'em right up. So zero.

And you'll burn some more calories in the physical exertion the barf up entails. Win-win.

want to stop being a fatso?  then stop behaving like one.

Step one: set a daily calorie intake limit (~1200 or so).
Step two: there is no step two.  congratulations.  you're losing weight.

Extra credit: do some kind of exercise.

you can do as much exercise as you want, but unless you're eating right, it's pretty much a waste of time.  it's way easier to lose weight by not eating like an idiot.

example: there are 140 calories in a 12 oz can of coke.  to burn 140 calories, you have to run a mile at a 10 minute pace.  now what's easier?  running a mile, or drinking a glass of water instead of a coke?

As someone that has done low carb diets that lead to ketosis, those 10 lbs are water weight. In short, carbs will make you store water weight (via glycogen).

You will not lose weight faster while in ketosis. You will lose fat faster. When in ketosis, your body uses fat almost exclusively for energy whereas on a low calorie "normal" diet, your body will raid fat and muscle. So weight loss is similar, but you'll retain more muscle on a super low carb AND high fat diet. A high protein diet with low carbs and fat will not lead to ketosis. Your body will convert protein into carbs when this done.

I don't know if it's necessarily healthier, but I feel better while in ketosis. YMMV

I have similar experiences.

Fat is your friend America, don't let them fool you. Fat has the best natural amino acids that are essential to cell growth and brain health.

I have lost 5-10 pounds easily a week while in Ketosis.

Don't believe the hype about cholesterol and saturated fat. These nutrients are good for you.. They're good for the mood, muscle repair, reflexes etc.

I suggest reading the Primal Blueprint and watching Fathead on Netflix..

Yeah...true Ketosis is your best friend.  Weight just slides off.  It is hell on your liver though.  Getting drunk on an atkins/low carb diet is super hard on the liver.  Drinking alcohol while you are in ketosis won't throw you out of it but it will stall it until the alcohol leaves your system.
