They make a few signature beans for area restaurant.  Some of which you cannot buy anywhere but that restaurant.   Nelson-Atkins Museum has a really good bean made by The Roasterie. 

Of the stuff available in the store, they make an organic Sumatra and Guatemalan that are both fantastic.
