The ones I know of are all the lights on 71 highway, southwest tfwy and 39th st, North Oak tfwy and Vivion rd, and 95th and quivera in OP.

back when junk mail (usps) was a thing, my grandma used to take the pre-stamped return envelopes, stuff it with the junk, and mail it back to the companies.  THAT WAY THEY HAD TO PAY SHIPPING.

I mean, I'm sure that over the course of her lifetime she probably screwed some loser companies out of $10-15.  Eat it, big business.
