Could you guys imagine Klein running RP's offense?

 :shy:

Recruiting, though, right?

 :flush:
I was just laughing at the prospect of RP recruiting Klein to run his pro style offense.

I'm not sure I understand the point you're trying to make re. recruiting/player development.  Weis has proven he can recruit well and absolutely sucks at developing those recruits as a head coach. See his recruiting at ND and the subsequent records that lead to him getting canned.

Snyder has proven that he's a mediocre recruiter but can turn some big body WR TE convert that has the world's worst throwing motion into a Heisman finalist.
FYP
Hot time in Kat town tonight.

The reason K-State's football team is better than KU's football team is the same reason Brady Morningstar was a better b-ball'r than Will Spradling.

alcohol?
Morningstar a drunk.  :sdeek:

it took some digging and emailing...but here is the Summer Creek 4x400 championship that our future Stud anchors.
3:15 was 17th fastest prep time in 2013.  Sharp anchored from about 20m back in ~47.4

Sharp looks like a stud.  I'd be pumped if he committed to my school.

On a side note, how pissed are you guys that Weis and KU are dominating K-State in the '14 recruiting class so far (especially in the state of Kansas)?

Looks to me like KU has two of the top five in-state prospects, while K-State has none.
Okay, you got Wrench, we got Warmack, I'll gladly take it.  For every in state we've lost, we'll just get some dude from Texas or Missouri, and you're bragging about recruiting.  Snyder hasn't been good at recruiting for years, that's what I think is funny.

I just think it's funny that KU is still dominating in-state recruiting, even after the past few years.

KU recruiting does look really good. You wonder how it's this good after the last few years of putrid football. As a cat fan, I tell myself that KU's superior recruiting is the result of Weis' ability to sell himself and KU as quality products that don't actually exist. And that the kids who believe him aren't savvy, tough football players. One and a half years in, I'm pretty confident that I'm mostly right, despite my purple-tinted glasses.

Here's the deal.  KU currently has really nice athletic facilities, including the new football complex.  We also have multiple coaches with NFL connections.  Combine that with the fact that KU can offer lots of early playing time, and it's clear why KU is recruiting at a pretty high level, despite the lack of success on the field the past few years.  Once Memorial Stadium is upgraded, and the team starts winning, the gap will just continue to widen even further.

they are just getting nervous because they all know KU has nothing to lose and when ksu comes to town the last game of the season KU will be ready.

Is that why Crist is banging a 6 that lives below me? I mean, I'm pretty sure I only know 3 people that make less than him. #CONNECTIONS

I don't see any Big 12 Championship trophies in there  :gocho:

But they won the Orange Bowl that one year, which is better than a Big 12 Championship!!

Winning the Orange Bowl is like winning both the ACC and the Big 12.  Only a stud boss would know what that's like, though.

How would you know? When was the last time KU won the Big-12? Or beat Oklahoma or Texas for that matter?

They almost beat Texas like 8 years ago or something!
