I started using this after sitting in the steam room for 5-10 minutes.  Like a hot knife through butter.

I shave in the shower after being in there for a while(post shampoo).

At that point, you can go cream or no cream and get a really good shave easily with at decent razor.  I use the Hydro 3 or 4 blade(don't remember).  Cartridge lasts for ever and I never get burn or anything.

Also, I use a post shave lotion: and this makes a huge diff for me.

What.  Why would he do that?  I mean, how much can you save on $14 razors that last a long time to make that worth while?

Why wouldn't I take advantage of the heated shaving cream dispensers they provide?

Keep in mind he has to shave two or three times a day.  He grows the thickest most Taliban'y looking beard I've ever seen in person.

rinsing your blades in alcohol after use with prolong the life.   the corrosion of the blade from being wet is worse than the actualy use.

Same setup but with the sensitive skin kind.  The bottle has lasted at least four years, maybe longer.  Also, my razor is usually toast after one use.

That's a waste of alcohol though.

Not if you take the shot of alcohol the next time you use the blades
