I don't do this. never have. seems like a weird thing to do. what's the point? like, keep the sun out of your eyes? why not just wear sunglasses? balding and want to cover that up?

keeps the sun off your sunglasses (or glasses). also keeps precipitation off your glasses (or sunglasses). also absorbs sweat that could be falling into your eyes.

2. Keeps sun off head
3. Keeps sweat from dripping in your face
4. George Brett/Bo Jackson/Will Clark/Tim Raines etc. all wore ballcaps and you can be like them. (those guys are wicked cool in case you didn't already know that)

to keep sun off my face and avoid using sunscreen. I hardly ever wear one. Mostly when I'm going to be at a baseball game or hiking or something.
