what about little grill?

what about them? they are fifteen minutes away from aggieville. they might as well be negril caribbean in jc. i mean yeah they are like ten minutes closer with better ambiance, but their food isn't as good. we will beat them with both.

Trick them by calling it southeastern cuisine.  Then put some fried things on the menu (plantains!), and it will be widely loved.

Hire some pretty waitress and fitz will do all your advertising for nothing.

well i could argue that midwesterners don't like cajun as much either but hibachi hut made it for fifty years until some dumbasses ruined it. it really isn't that hard. it would work in aggieville.

sure, they have no idea what Caribbean is though. they know what jambalaya and gumbo is. they prolly think Caribbean is all spicy and seafood'ish.

i think you are overplaying manhattanites idea or love of what cajun is or the fact that they even care. cause 70% of them just wanted to eat at the cajun place and order the birdie or belly bomb. it would be like that but more caribbean themed. much more and aggieville would eat it up. you could still get a "carribean burger, etc".

Gotta find a head chef with lots of experience before we do anything.

Hey, sure, if you want someone to do it really mediocrally then yeah, any jackass can do it. But if you want it to be something people try and think "oh my God I need to come back here soon, VERY soon!" then you probably need someone with more experience.

i mean we will have patties just because we'll have to, but we will make them expensive with some kind of bling in a white midwestern way and sell them for like $3.75 or something and people will go "wow they are so cheap!".

i've always wanted to open a bar where i sold wine at cost and beer really expensive so i could lol @ all of my dumbass customers that would still drink beer.

it's mostly all chicken, rice, plantains, beans, chick peas, cilantro, bell peppers, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, coconut, some shrimp maybe. wikipedia helped me with some of that. I wouldn't have said chick peas or sweet potatoes but what do you know, there they are.

Will this place have a bunch of large screen t.v.'s?  Pretty sure I won't go unless there's a ton....or a groupon.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

i would not agree with this list at all and would add goat and curry (lots of goat and curry) and take out chick peas, cilantro, bell peppers, tomatoes and sweet potatoes.

and like i said, we would be like american/caribbean, with the theme being the most important thing about the whole place, so we really wouldn't have any goat and not that much curry. v nice bath rooms and size being the next most important part of the equation. followed by good decor, competent staff and great tasting food in that order. it's a homerun guys.
