Hotel Fanning has plenty of couches and a balcony to oversee the stars at night on the downtown skyline. No need for bathtubs.

It usually takes a year to coordinate an event like this with the Chiefs, I hope they can pull it off on such a short timetable.

First right to refusal was agreed on a loooong time ago.  I didn't find out until the end of Big 12 bball season and it had already been done a while.
