i really (dead serious) think omaha should be taken down a percentage point or something due to how everybody looks like a first cousin of each other and has similar haircuts with similar dress and all, but maybe that's for a different poll.

it's kinda weird to me that CO, NE and KS are so high on the education index one. like, it's all east coast at the top and then those three dropped in there.

I can't get that web site on my mobile phone right now, but I will tell you two states I like a lot.  Wisconsin and Minnesota.  Odds are that I end up in one of those, actually.

I mostly agree, but I don't really spend any time at all "out doors" between November and March in Kansas...so, in a way, who gives a eff if the winter months are a bunch colder?

The upper northwest seems too rainy.  I wanted to wack myself after just a few days in that rain.

maybe, like, savannah, GA. warm all year but coastal so not too hot or humid. just a thought. didn't see any Caribbean places when I was there in January. only college is the stud art and design school though. make them commute to athens and just visit us on weekends?

My county in Colorado is relatively rich and relatively Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).  Pretty easy life out here fellas.

i've never cared about weather as much as i do now. does this mean that i'm getting old? like honest to god i prob won't ever move, but if i did, weather would be the trump card in deciding where and honestly mhk kind of sucks. like inhabitable for around 35% of the year.

MHS is worse than KC, it gets the extremes.

I can't decide if I hate super hot more than I hate super cold.

If you're willing to say eff off to the outdoors for April as well Pete, the mountains have pretty awesome 80 degree summers.  Great for doing stuff outside (especially golf), not usually hot enough to just sit by a pool and drink though.

the key is to be on non-extreme weather coasts. vancouver, san fran, savannah, charleston, etc.
